Another one bites the dust!

Well another drink and draw has come and gone. And it was a blast. I don't have much to say but here are some sketches I did.

Plus I also I just finished a small comic for a good friend of mine Gord, from Vicious Ambitious my old label and stomping grounds. Check them out:

Mr. Gord will have a publication called "Mercy Seat : Children Are Cruel" which I believe will debut at this years April extravaganza at the CCEE (Calgary Comic Entertainment Expo)
I will have a short two-pager there and hopefully be in time to get a table so you can let me know what you thought of the story!

My First Drink and Draw

Hey again followers! Well the small pack that I have I guess, I've got some sketches for ya! Last night it was my first time at this event called Drink and Draw. Basically what happens is you buy a drink, whether it be alcohol or a type of soft drink - You then bring your pad of paper, sketchbook and then draw! It's a great way to meet new artists and talk the shit about comics, movies, and make new friends. So here are a couple of sketches I did - Enjoy!

Well here I am again. I'm slowly picking up the pace for drawings and I'm currently working on a secret project. Which I can't disclose just yet...Or maybe I can...But I won't until the 'paperwork' is finished. LOL! Well here's a drawing I did for a upcoming idea I had. It was going to be a fantasy-modern age book...Where an evil sorceress takes control of a being destined to bring unity to the Earth, then warriors that once imprisoned her must save the chosen one and imprison her once and for all...Sounds cliche to me...Oh well here's a preliminary design for the evil sorceress!

Gummi Bears Inked

Hi there, it's been awhile again, and I apologize for that, I've got a couple of pics I'll be doing in the next little bit so you can enjoy. I've been busy with a lot of things, so I finally got to sit down and ink the Gummi Bears pic I did a while back. I'm probably also going to revamp it and make the bears a bit more...Realistic. Check it out in a few days. See you on the other side.

Gummi Bears continued...

Hey back once again...

It's two days in a row...Well sort of. But here is the pencils over the original line drawing...So now you'll get to see a more clearer shot of what I'm trying to convey with my version of Disney's Gummi Bears!

It's about DAMN time!

Hey all!

I know I said last night I was going to post some new stuff I've done...But I forgot...Sorry, you know how it is. Life...Ugh. But my goal is to post everyday from now on...Whether it is just a sketch or a doodle...I will do my best.

Well here's what I've been doing...

I've been on this total 80's kick. I wanted to do a poster for the Comic and Toy Expo that just passed last Sunday and the poster idea I had was to have He-Man and She-Ra together in my own way I guess. I'm going to still do a poster for them since I've already drawn them, once inking is done (Oi, and I hate inking) Then onto my attempt to color. Which not a lot of people have seen.

So here's He-Man and She-Ra to start off this post -



But wait there's more! More you say! WOW! That's astonishing...Especially for me! Again with this 80's kick...I've always wanted to do this...I wanted to modernize or create my vision of other characters...Where the He-Man and She-Ra are basically the same for now anyways...

I decided to try something different...Well sing these lyrics and then you'll know...
