I love the Thundercats. And I'm really stoked for the new revamp on Cartoon Network. Though we don't get it here in Canada but I'm still excited either way. I plan on doing some 80 homages to the great cartoons I grew up with, and the first batch of them will be the Thundercats. I'm hoping to push my own rendition of it for a final piece so look out for it! Then as the Thundercats are done, I will be onto He-Man. Or M.A.S.K in celebration of the dvd set coming soon!....Hmmm....Which one should I do?

For now enjoy Lion-O! Thundercats! HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

So the Calgary Expo was this past weekend and to be honest, it could've been my last one. Like forever...I was in a dark place these past few months and wasn't sure if I was going to keep going seeing as I've been wanting to do this for the longest time, and without any outcome...But this weekend had sparked me back up again, and for the better. I'm going to keep going and become stronger than ever and bigger than before. So keep a look out and look out for some hopefully great stuff coming down the pipeline. Thanks for all those following and all those who enjoy my artwork. I appreciate and honored to have you all own a piece of my passion and love! Thanks again and I hope to see you next year at the Expo! For now enjoy the pictures and what I was exhibiting....Cheers for now!

Hey gang,

It's been a long time since I posted again. But I've been super-uber busy due to the fact I have found full-time work, and been prepping for the Calgary Expo! Hey gang,

I go through weird spurts don't I? Or really long delays before posts...Ugh...Well I showcase that I'm a 3D modeler and I'm trying to obtain work in the artistic field, doing either 2D illustration and or 3D modelling. So lately, I've realized that I don't have much modeling done so I'm ramping up to finally create my new reel. I'm currently re-learning all 3D programs. I know how to use them all, sort of now...But I'm not a master at any of them just yet.

This current W.I.P I've been working in 3D Studio Max 2011. Let me know how you think the progress is going! I'll keep you updated as the model is all roughed in. Stay tuned!

Hey all,

Here's another update, something I've been working on the last day or so. I've never done a step by step thing for my stuff, and I wanted to put one together to for my benefit and to show how I do the things I do. This character is X-23 from Marvel comics, who is basically Wolverine's daughter, whom is also cloned from his dna. I hope you like how the progress is going, I plan on finish the painting some time over the weekend. Or try to anyways. Well hope you enjoy it.

Okay, slowly starting to ramp up again. So this Sunday's theme was one I decided, and it was to choose your favourite scene from any Disney movie. So I chose to do a scene in Lilo and Stitch where Stitch saw how much fun they were having on the surfboard and then no one was paying attention to him because he hindered the fun the family were having, and then realizing it was fun wanting to go back out to the ocean to ride on the tides again. Done with pencil crayon this time as I was my girlfriends Uncles place and borrowed her little cousins pencil crayons to do it. I hope you like!

So I'm jumping back to this daily blog thing. But I've decided to do some more 3D work as well. So my friend Gerald Garcia has these 'Jelly Beaners' characters he drew up yesterday and I really liked how they looked. So I decided to do the one in 3D. I modeled a bit of it today and will continue as I keep up with the daily blogs and posts. This only took me a couple of hours. Comments are always welcome.

Sorry for the lack of posts, April was a very busy month for me. I had the Calgary Expo happen a couple of weeks ago and I was prepping for that. I just recently moved back to my hometown and trying to find my way again. Well other than that thanks for carrying on with me. So Sunday's theme was to do a character from your favourite book. So I did a character named Isabelle, from the author Cassandra Clare who did 'The Mortal Instruments' trilogy - Which is a lot like Buffy/Underworld/LOTR. She's a character that belongs to a group called Shadowhunters and they mark themselves with rune symbols that help them in hunting vampires, werewolves and demons. So here's my take on this character.

3 weeks. I've been doing this with the "Daily Blogger's" and have produced over 21 drawings. This has been so much fun and I love it. Everyone's work is amazing, and I hope the trend stick. Okay here's post #7 - Every Sunday is theme day...So this week's theme is 'Famous Rabbits'. First off I just wanted to add - I have already beaten last years posts. I did 6 last year and that's not showing much...But already in the new year, I've done 7 posts and still going strong. Yay me!!! So anyways, onto the 'Famous Rabbits'. I chose to do Captain Bucky O'Hare. For those who are old enough to remember anyways. Lol! Check out the video below first then look at the drawing I did. I changed up the inks because I didn't like how I did the ears with the pencils. Plus I haven't inked my stuff in a hell of a long time. I hope you guys like.
